With All Might being the load that broke the camel's back, Midoriya Izuku takes the "advice" of his childhood friend-turned-bully and falls to his death, inadvertently traumatising a winged hero with his gory demise.
It is deeply ironic that he had to die in order to get a quirk.
Being reborn as a humanoid phoenix was certainly not a part of the plan, but with Keigo and a merry band of mentors and friends backing him up, Izuku is going to reclaim a dream long scorned by society and his peers as impossible, and burn his mark into history as one of the greatest heroes to ever live.

Summary
Class 1A has one final assignment before the end of the year exams begin. A Civil War between Class 1A. With Kirishima leading the Heroes and Izuku leading the villains. But this Civil War turns out to be a bit more realistic for the hero team than they thought. Aspects of running a hero agency none of them ever thought of. All while sweet Midoriya lay in wait within the city. It doesn't matter. Izuku is sweet and he isn't cut out to be a villain.
