Summary
The Seven Deadly Sins sit at the top of Hell's Hierarchy, serving both as administrative rulers of their designated Ring and living embodiments of their sin. From Fallen Angel to Ars Goetia and even Primordial Rejects, the creatures occupying these dignified and coveted possitions are all very distinct from one another, either because of their singular vision for Hell or the way they indulge in their vices. As opposing personnalities clash, disputes and arguments often divolve into not so subtle threats or even bloody brawls, making the whole of Hell shudder in fear of another war.
And yet, despite all the glamour and power, all the holiness and reverence, the Sins are very much like the Realm they govern: filled with torment and a deep aversion for all that is new.

Summary
Losing the War against Heaven did more damage to Hell that can ever be described: the cultures, landscapes, people, all were mutilated by Heaven's Wrath.
A New Order has been sanctified: down with the Age of The Flame, for Sin is now the new normal.
A loss of Hope, a loss of Faith. Some thrive in the deviancy, others push back, most just accept it. None are happy.
And so, as Hell's Fire grows ever dimer, one can't help but wonder: which will breath life back into the inferno, Warm Redemption or Scorching Penance?

Bookmarker's Notes
I'll use a comment I left under the third story of this series, because I believe it sums up perfectly my feelings towards it.
Overall, LI(E)Fe is a real treasure of good writing. I love it so much despite it having some deeply sad moments and tackling really heavy subjects (conjugal violence, depression, finding out about one's homosexuality and so on...). I think the author has handled these subjects really well!
I really love how Stolas is written throughout LI(E)Fe: the way the author describes his feelings, his thoughts, the way he talks and behaves, it all feels so genuine and you can't help but feel sympathy for the poor guy. His struggles feel so real and relatable it blows my mind! And his interactions with Blitz are top notch, no questions asked. It's amazing to seem him evolve and grow as an individual throughout the series.Truly, 16 works (as of now) of pure marvel! I can't wait to see how it continues!

Bookmarker's Notes
I don't really know how to describe this story in a way that would give it justice. It's an experience, to read each chapters. The ending made me cry, that much I can say.
It's a story with a heavy emphasis on the theme of the past, and as someone suffering from crippling nostalgia, it hit hard. I'm glad that I found this story, it impacted my way of writing and viewing certain relationships I have in a completely new way.
I wish I could say more, in a witty and profound way that could translate just how much this story is unique and you should read it. But the words escape my reach. As such, I can only say that you should give this story a try. It is worth it, no matter how crushing and sad it may feel.

Summary
Aki looked at the ceiling, his formerly beautiful, plain, bare ceiling— now adorned with drawings of penisies and swear words, and cursed Makima, not for the last time in his life. “We’re going on a field trip.” He looked at the girl with disgust in his eyes, “Power, put on some pants.”
“You humans and your need for ‘pants’! Disgusting, restricting, slave driving—“
Denji yanked the devil’s collar and dragged her into their room as she yelled.

Bookmarker's Notes
Read this a when it first came out, and it stuck in my head ever since. The way this story starts so heartwarming and funny, only to progressively shift into a darker more serious tone is done billiantly. It adresses a lot of the gritty aspects of Denji's childhood that don't get nearly enough attention, aswell as their consequences on his mental state. His refusal of being called a victim and his panic attack were so eerily realistic, you wouldn't thionk to find something like that in a CSM fic. That scene between a sleepy Aki and a freaked out Denji near the end has especially fascinated me the first time I read the story, and I found myself thinking back on it a lot whenever I would write CSM stories myself.
The character interactions are simply, with the silly sheenanigans from the Hayakawa family, with them sharing one braincell that Aki's the sole user. But this story truly shines when Aki starts understanding what exactly went on in Denji's childhood, as he starts acting more protectively, like an older brother. Power is straight up iconic, as always.A must read for any CSM fans, though do be mindful of the tags.
