Eddie sits up slowly, his expression thoughtful but guarded. “Thinking about what exactly?”
“About us,” Buck says, the words tumbling out faster now that they’ve started. “About maybe adding to the family. Not right now…but eventually. I just… I think we’ve got more love to give, you know?”
