“‘Take care of her,’” Jinx finally whispers into the darkness of the room. Caitlyn’s eyes pop back open, and she stares at Jinx questioningly. “That’s what Vi said… before she… before she let go,” she answers, her voice trembling at the end. Swallowing hard, Caitlyn’s eyes fill with grief and tears. She looks away and hastily wipes at them. “Figured the least I could do was make sure you didn’t die tripping over a carpet,” Jinx mumbles, making a poor attempt at a joke. Caitlyn nods, tries to speak, but a sob is all that comes out. She covers her mouth and turns away.

S2E9 alternate ending: inspired by the early concept art of Vi falling instead of Jinx. In the wake of Vi's death, Jinx and Caitlyn must both learn how to move on without her. Forging new lives with new friendships. While Caitlyn is slowly swallowed up by grief and guilt, Jinx remains determined to honor her sister's dying wish. It may not be easy, but maybe both of them can find a way out of this together. If they don't kill each other first.

Summary
Pomni, despite everything, has settled into a routine amidst the constant daily cacophony and chaos of the digital circus, one she desperately keeps to preserve that fragile, ever-doubtful shred of humanity that still manages to exist within her. She tries to, anyway, even if certain bunny-eared castmates were seemingly determined to do everything in their power to disturb said routine, and make her wonder whether the urge to fight to keep something genuine alive in a fake, plastic world is really worth it after all.
When Caine's newest adventure sends the troupe on a ski resort day trip, she may finally have the opportunity to get some of the answers she's been waiting for. Whether they'll be exactly what she's been hoping for, however, is another question entirely.
Or, the one where Jax and Pomni have another fight, get stuck on a ski lift, and things pretty much spiral from there.

Summary
Pomni knew at least two things for certain. The circus is pretty much endless, and Jax is insufferable. Or that’s what she thinks, at least. Until she finds him in a room one night that she’s pretty sure never existed before, talking to someone who isn’t there, and suddenly she’s not so sure about what she knows anymore.
He stole something of hers. Brought it back. And makes sure she doesn’t tell anyone what she heard that night. She can’t forget it, though.
Glitches slowly start to appear and begin to tear apart the circus from the inside, and Caine's grip on reality is slipping. Something inside Jax is changing, can she help him, or is he a lost cause?
Pomni finds herself drawn back to that worn-out door again. Jax keeps pushing her away, but she never stays away for long.
Something is changing between them. Something neither of them has a name for yet. Will it save them, or burn everything to the ground?

Pomni doesn't remember what the cast has sacrificed for this calm adventure, because cramping up in a car like sardines in a tin can can't qualify as calm in the slightest. Car rides are stressful, touchy, worse with this kind of ensemble.
