Eddie letting his feelings rush out of him in front of Buck—in Spanish. He even says these things in front of Chris and, therefore, has sworn Chris to secrecy.Buck isn’t entirely fluent, but he understands a lot of what Eddie says and gets the gist of others. When he doesn't, Chris waits until Eddie is gone to translate. So... yeah... Chris is a traitor and shows clear favoritism for Buck.
Eventually, Buck decides to put Eddie out of his misery, and confess in Spanish.

Clint took a moment to simply stand and hold eye contact before curtly nodding and clapping Bruce on the shoulder. “Good, that’s good. I’m going to sleep for the next 23 years, but you know where to find me. Hawkeye, out!” And with a squeeze to Bruce’s shoulder, Clint turned and walked out of the room.
Bruce groaned and rested his forehead on the table before him, missing the warmth of Clint’s hand.
He would question how it had happened, how he had come to be so incredibly lost on Clint Barton, but he didn’t have to question it.
He remembered how it happened, instead.

As if summoned, Buck's phone pinged with a notification and because he was a glutton for punishment, he immediately opened it, though he already knew exactly what it was going to be.
It was a picture of Eddie, leaning against the truck in his workout shorts and a sweat slicked tank top, his boxing gloves still on his hands.
Apparently, Marjan shared his interest in boxing. Buck only knew that because Eddie wouldn't stop bringing it up and Buck had tried his best to help him come up with new picture ideas to share even as his heart sank. He couldn't even fully appreciate the stunning pictures because he was well aware that they weren't actually meant for him.
It was Marjan Eddie was trying to win over, not Buck.
Or, the one in which Eddie stays in touch with Marjan and Buck is more than a little jealous about it
