Summary
Mel Medarda joins the Central Memorial hospital as a cardiothoracic surgeon and immediately clashes with Sevika Sari, the hospital’s trauma surgeon.
When half the hospital gathers at a bar for a Christmas party, the dynamic between them changes, as animosity softens into something more charged.

Sevika Jaghai had been independent for a while. The money wasn't the best, but she loved what she did. But lately, she needed better jobs. Ones that paid better than keeping her out of the red every month. So when the offer came in for Mel Medarda's campaign, Sevika accepted without delay. It probably helped that a ridiculous amount of zeroes came attached to the offer, probably more money in one place than Sevika had ever seen in her life.
