The figure is roughly his height, dressed in similar yet darker clothes. His hair falls the same way Riku’s does, but in the harsh white of the streetlights, Riku can see there’s some ashy brown hidden beneath the silver. His eyes are mismatched, the left one blue and the right one red.
He jogs over to Riku like he’s someone familiar, and grins when he’s within arm’s reach.
“Riku!” He says again, and his tone punches a hole in Riku’s chest. Focus, he thinks, you’re here for a reason.
