Or, a cannon-adjacent fic where Sirius, Severus, and Remus try to get over their differences to protect Harry from his only living family. They move in next door and try to play a nice group of muggle roommates. Tensions rise; will they fight to the death, or will past hatred turn into something else? Its packed with flavour but not good enough to go in the sauce. Well, unless you deglaze it with wine but sometimes you just don't want the extra liquid and... wait, where was this metaphor going?
