Midroriya Izuku wanted more than anything in life to be a hero. But after discovering that his abusive father is also the serial killer who killed his mother, he runs away from home and ends up on the street. Well, this situation puts a wrench in his plans. However, he ends up developing a quirk due to a life and death situation.
He may not be able to become a pro hero anymore. But who says that is the only way to be a hero? He will fight crime and save people, even if his methods are not exactly... legal.

Izuku was a good kid; he got his work done, kept his room tidy, ate all of his vegetables, so there was no reason for his life to start out this way. But hey, who was he to complain? At least he was alive, and that's more than most quirkless people can say by the time they're 20.
If you asked him and he was feeling honest that day, Izuku would admit he doesn't even hate his life. Does it suck? Yes. Does he wish he didn't have to go to the school that gave him crappy grades despite him being far ahead of the curriculum? Definitely. Did he wish he had a quirk? Hell yeah! But Izuku knew he couldn't really do anything about any of that.
At least he had his mum...

Instinctively, he walked towards the sound. As soon as he could see the outline of whoever was there, he activated his quirk, one can never be too careful. When he got closer, the first thing he noticed was purple hair. A boy was sitting on the ground, his arms were defensively covering his face. He was shaking, and Shota wasn't sure if it was from the cold or the crying.
Shota deactivated his quirk and carefully walked closer to the child, lowering himself and trying to seem smaller and held his hands in front of him as one would when approaching a frightened animal.
"Hello, I'm Eraserhead," The child lowered his arms a little and his face was revealed. He didn't look to be more than ten years old and he had some nasty looking bruises. "I'm not gonna hurt you, I'm a hero."
Aizawa ends up taking in two homeless children, his boyfriend isn't surprised in the slightest.Tags will be updated as the story progresses.

The burning heat inside him, the helplessness covered by blurred rage. The rage that cooled the fire, but gave it more ammunition in the same move.
The entire block was on fire by the time the heroes came. The park across the street was burning a wild forest fire, his neighbourhood friends’ families burnt to a crisp. His own relatives, worse.
Only is dad was there to calm him down. To settle the hurt, because he was just like Midoriya Izuku.

Neither hears the brushing fabric of Eraser's capture weapon as he readies to finally catch the vigilante. Only Eraserhead hears himself call out as Kitsune stumbles at the worst possible time clutching his side. The pounding of one set of foot steps, the snapping of fabric, a low desperate "NO!", and the dull sound of a body falling through air are the only sounds as Kitsune limply tumbles off the six story building.
