Summary
Judy has grown accustomed to a certain lifestyle and that lifestyle includes V being, well, alive. They've only known each other for a couple months, but damn if she's not going to see this through until the end.
Takes place right before and going into after the Aldecado ending. Judy and V break off from the group to follow new leads on how to save her life. Lots of V and Judy facing their pasts, lots of big feelings about their future, and more than anything lots of Judy and V working out what they want.

(Plot is like the Main Quest, but with my own twists and turns, from the viewpoint of a nomad who is totally new to Night City. If you enjoyed the main story to Cyberpunk, I hope you'll like this, too, especially if you played Nomad V)
The main love interest is Dum Dum. Jackie just gets there first. River, way more towards the end of the story.

Kerry bought V coffee until he’d lost track of how many they had and how long they sat at a table and talked. Just *talked* like normal people, easy and natural, the stories and laughter flowing between them as if they’d been chooms forever. Later, as they stood under the restaurant’s eaves to avoid the rain, Kerry delayed with more conversation, even as he called up a car for himself.
“Not gonna take this one?” V pointed at the sad little piece-of-shit they’d driven here. It had a broken headlight now too, probably from the van exploding earlier.
“Pfft. Ain’t my car. Not driving away from the scene of a crime in my own ride.” Kerry raised a hand in farewell as he darted through the raindrops to the waiting Delamain. “See ya soon, V.”
As the car drove away, V decided he might have developed a new, very real, and completely irrational crush on the silver-haired rockerboy.

His belly throbbed in dull agony as he did so, numbed by drugs. Frenetic commentary punctuating bloodthirsty shouts and cheers died down as Viktor closed the boxing match he was watching and hurried into Takemura’s frame of view.
“Long time no see,” Viktor said. The ripperdoc looked tired behind the aviator sunglasses he wore even indoors. His tattooed skin was paler than Takemura remembered, but his blue shirt still stank of disinfectant and chems of dubious market quality. “Frankly, I was hoping I’d never have the pleasure again."
