Summary

But when the Bahak system just vanished from the Galaxy Map, her crew has been abducted by the Collectors and she barely made it with her friends back to the Terminus Systems, something snaps in her.
The trials for her action certainly don't help.

There has always been a section of the galaxy closed off to all of the galactic Civilization. Known simply as the Montoken Region and encompassing 20% of the galaxy, no one has dared stray close to this region. It supposedly is home to monsters of all kinds, dangers straight out of nightmares, and even leviathans that roam the space hunting everything. It has been so dangerous that even the Reapers have avoided the area throughout all their cycles.
What Happens when dozens of species, hundreds of civilizations, and thousands of different lifeforms evolve in the safety of this Region? Answer: They murder each other until an outside force makes them all work together. That was what happened, the Prethoryn Scourge forced the nations of the Montoken arm to work together.
Now in 2900s, these nations, United under the Galactic Commonwealth of Nations, look to explore and expand outside the Montoken arm. They will encounter the 'powerful', the misfortune, and those seeking to bring the galaxy under their heels. It's a good thing the Commonwealth has a bunch of Titans however because some people are going to need a laser down their throats.

One year to the day after arriving in a new universe that she has only seen through an LCD screen before, Tegan Aidoni, a multiverse drifter, gets into the thick of things. [BREAKING NEWS: Alien AI-Controlled Ship Makes Contact in Salarian Space!]
“Alarms rang throughout the system of Antilin yesterday when an alien ship bearing a strong AI signature triggered fears of a Geth attack. Renko Turwin, Director of Near-Orbital Security, explained: "When evidence of powerful AI heuristics was detected onboard, however we consulted Quarian scientific advisors who assured us that the signals failed to match any known Geth signatures."
According to Turwin, the biggest surprise came next: "The ship's intelligence then communicated with us. It asked us to calculate the value of Pi to the first quadrillion digits. Some 20 questions followed after that, all of them beyond our realm of expertise. We're currently awaiting advice from outside consultants before proceeding. As yet, the ship matches no known alien species."
A super massive vessel appears at the edge of known space, offering advanced technologies in exchange for emergency aid... but the data proves harder to retrieve than anyone could have expected. While deep in the digital world of the alien servers, a multinational tactical group gets more than they bargained for when a virus turns reality into fairy tale.

Yet the unexpected arrival of a damaged Quarian Ship in a previously uninteresting sector, draws the galaxies attention towards the front door of a new and combative species. it's taken me a couple of years to start this tale with work life and problems in my own life, now i am in a place where i can start it again and be happy with it.
Its been two and a half years since a vessel of unknown origins destroyed the Normandy and killed Commander Cassandra Shepard and 20 other members of her crew. Two and a half years on, Shepard wakes up in the Lazarus Research station under mech attack.
This work may have some of ME dialog but it is mainly an AU version, i do not own the rights to Mass Effect that belongs to Bioware, i am not making any money off this, mores the pity, i am just playing in thier sandbox, the only Character i own is my Custom Shep Casandra Shepard and maybe a couple of OC'S along the way. The characters and settings are all Bioware and EA Games.

Something bad happened during her last mission. I don’t know if she’s ready for this right now.” Hackett explained, but didn’t elaborate.
“You both obviously care for her. If it’s any comfort, then that would be where I come in, Admiral. It would be my job to work with her, mentor her, and see her skills for myself. But from what you’ve both told me, it sounds like she definitely has the skills we’re looking for.” Nihlus answered calmly.
“She does, but-”
But Nihlus was done talking about this and interrupted Hackett immediately. A stern look was on his face. I managed to hide the smile I felt working up my face. He was going to put Hackett on the spot, and since Nihlus could be intense, this would be settled now.

Ten years have passed since the war. With the last mass relay built, some of the original Normandy crew gather for its activation. But something goes horribly awry, and an explosion opens a rift. The Normandy is sucked into an Einstein-Rosen bridge, and Shepard wakes up later to a silent CIC. The crew is missing, and just outside the cockpit window, a mass relay is in view. The only problem is that it looks similar to the relays destroyed during the war.
Sucked through space and time into another universe three years before the Reaper Invasion. What will Shepard change? How will it change her?
