Joe traces the shape of his soulmark, trailing trembling fingers across the neat, slanted letters. The mark curls over the curve of his left hip, the letters trickling across the slope of his lower back.
I’m glad I met you.
Years go by and there's no spark of recognition until he goes off to Australia to film The Pacific. When he meets Rami, he knows instantly that he's found his soulmate.
It ends up being more complicated than that, much to Joe's dismay.
