Takes place right after the end of "Secrets of Dumbledore" movie and my imaginings about what was going through his head as he walks off into that bleak winter after the wedding.
As genuinely happy Albus was for Queenie Goldstein and Jacob Kowalski, their love was too much for him to bear at the moment. While physically the match at the ceremony had left him unscathed, the emotional toll was quite a different one. Still reeling from the shock of the shattered pendulum and all its consequences, Albus was drifting in an airy and vulnerable state for the last couple of weeks, something he hid from others fairly well, so he thought. In his now older age he should be more composed, less emotional he’d hoped, but it was no use, his sentiments too strong and striking.

The union of Jacob and Queenie along with his now broken bond had left him feeling truly alone in the world. All his moments with Grindelwald were the most vivid of all of his memories. Yet for every good, beautiful moment there was a bad one that left a bitter aftertaste in his mouth. No matter how hard he tried to rid himself of them, the memories stayed, seared into his mind, permanently etched in his brain.
