After being locked in solitary confinement for almost a decade, a Bulgarian metahuman is offered a place in the last team she'd want to be on - Task Force X, or better known in the Belle Reve Correctional Facility as the Suicide Squad. She is tasked with one mission for her dedication - destroy Project Starro and all information eluding to it in Corto Maltese.
Hoping to use the opportunity to reunite again with her boyfriend George Harkness, she later finds out what she's really agreed to do, and what lengths she has to go to follow orders.

One thing that remained consistent was they preferred human company over animals of their same species if given the choice. She knew the whole situation was odd, but she wouldn’t want to live any place else. She had a good family.
But she was going to go nuts.
Abner's cat Bubbles is tired of his unrequited crush. And she attempts to do something about it. But it's awfully hard when you're light enough to be picked up with one hand, AND you've got Wobbly Cat Syndrome.
