This is but one of many Final Fantasies.

My love letter to FFVI, a novelization of the game filtered through a Locke/Celes perspective but not wholly centered on them. Starting with that fateful meeting in South Figaro and continuing onward through the rest of the World of Balance (we'll break the world eventually). It was supposed to stick pretty close to the original — and I am still following the flow of the original game story, with all the big pieces there! — but my writing has a mind of its own, apparently, and it's a bit more of an adaptation now. I've tried to breathe more life into the world, flesh out the characters and their relationships, and address some plot holes; I hope you'll enjoy my changes and still see the game we love so much at the heart of it.
Alternating POVs between Celes and Locke, but other characters and other relationships are important, too.
The weekly update schedule became a monthly update schedule and now it's just "as often as I can manage," but I promise you, I am always working on it, and there will always be more soon. Also including occasional artwork. How do you write a summary for longfic?!
