Summary
After waking up in a strange city, Sora has wandered its streets alone for months searching for a way out, whilst tormented by Heartless and a stranger in a hooded cloak. When he is attacked by this stranger and gravely wounded, Kairi and Riku arrive in time to save him and get him to safety.
At Yen Sid’s tower, they watch over him as he begins to recover from his wounds. With his body, Heart, and spirit all severely damaged, and Rage still haunting him, the road to recovery will be a long and painful one. His friends want to be there to help him through it though, even in the times he doesn't want them to be, and when he doesn't think he deserves it.
Above all else, Riku and Kairi will always be at his side, even while one must desperately try to hold back his feelings.Sora, Riku, and Kairi centric, but lots of other characters pop up. Updates weekly.
