Konrad Adenauer does magical things with the help of an ancient God that feeds on German spiritual energy. That's it.
Edit: It has come to my attention I have not put enough explanation, so here we go: This is a fictional pagan myth that is designed as if it was an oral tradition passed through the German government to explain Post World War Two events, so while Bundes isn't real, a lot of what happens is. If you are curious I would recommend reading up a little bit on Adenauer's post WW2 life.
