Otto’s plan was a success, he had put his brilliant mind into the body of his hated enemy, Spider-man. But he didn’t bother to check where Peter’s mind went. He also didn’t know about the old friend turned enemy who was still alive. And that this enemy had just returned after years away, did not know they were enemies, so wanted to help out Otto’s comatose self any way they could. By stealing the unconscious doctor from the hospital mere hours before he woke up. Gay Shenanigans ensue.
Or, what if the Osborn’s were present for the Superior Spider-man arc.
