Jack is a very alpha-presenting omega. Dean, on the other hand, is very omega-presenting but is actually an alpha. For this reason, they both feel more comfortable presenting themselves to others as betas, using hormone blockers. They meet this way, and both are becoming closer in their relationship, but Dean missing his hormone blockers by one day sends Jack spiralling into a panic attack and Dean has no idea how to help. Perhaps Jack has other reasons for hiding his identity?
