He didn’t know exactly when it started, but the first time he really noticed how truly exhausted he was was probably when he was with Tubbo and Ranboo in Snowchester. He was in the mansion waiting for them when they came in, walking very close to each other and holding hands. He was up on the second floor landing, they hadn’t seen him yet. Tubbo got close to Ranboo, their height difference making it so Tubbo had to strain his neck up as their faces got closer and closer. Tommy whipped his head away from them.
That was when Tommy realized how tired he felt, his limbs felt heavy and his brain too zapped of energy to care about anything.OR
Tommy feels awful every time he's around a couple and starts to realize he might not like romantic relationships as much as everyone else seems to. Naturally he starts to freak out.

"William, it's dark out here and I'm cold." Tommy whined.
"Oh god you're just as annoying as I remember." William rolled his eyes.
Tommy folded his arms. "What's that supposed to mean?"
William shrugged. "It means you're a little b-"
"Wait." William got to the end of the woods before putting his hand back to stop Tommy.
William glanced around the trees and saw a drone in the sky. It had a light on it that scanned the trees.
William grabbed Tommy's shoulder. "Get down."
Tommy and William hid behind a bush.
They watched as the drone flew by.
He stood back up as if nothing had happened. "Alright we should be fine."
Tommy's heart was pounding. "What was that?"
William walked out into the open at the edge of the trees. "Drones… don't worry they don't come around often. If they see you just make sure to cover your face and run back into the woods."
"Great.. This is such a great idea, William. Thank you for taking me out to a place where I could possibly get caught and sent to prison." Tommy said sarcastically.
William smiled. "No problem! Now come on! We don't have all night."
