Summary
Death. It's something that feels like a foreign idea. Hell, we all know it's coming, but for some reason, we still refuse to accept it until the end. When most die it usually causes grief or at least sadness.
Though I would be lying if I said I was sad at all during Mother and Father's funeral. They always treated me terribly, so why feel any remorse for them? They were the people who caused their death anyways, dragging my brother and me down with it.
I am Fiora Pernell, daughter of Celestia & Ruben Pernell, and sister of Areum Pernell. Or at least that is what most see me as. In reality, I am a poor 23-year-old girl trying to keep myself and my brother alive after the death of my parents, making me inherit their immense debt.
Honestly, I just wish someone would come and steal me and Areum away. Away from the debt and the lifestyle, though, mostly the debt.
But who knows who it is to save me, would it be a prince or a knight? What would their personality be? Kind? Mean? Narcissistic? Who knows. I barely even know what I am like myself. People say I am like a mystery, being seemingly nice, but somehow still rude. They say they don't trust me, that I have ' u n k n o w n m o r a l s '.- Language:
