And every powered child goes off to live under the watchful eyes of Finis to make sure they 1) not use the songs at all, especially for evil, 2) not end up making a song any similar to the Song of Destruction, and 3) do not sing the Song of Destruction and so those cycles don't happen again,

Brianne "quirkless freak" Fogg, the great-great-great-and-so-on-granddaughter of Finis, the best friend of Midoriya Izuku, the few gifted with the power of songs.
