After twenty years of separation even the undead need a little time to adjust, but Herbert is persistent in his search for comfort and entertainment. Things go almost swimmingly until he accidentally draws the ire of a very old enemy and has to acknowledge that the past is not only never quite where one left it, but also not even half as dead as it should be... or as at least one of them might be very soon.

Summary
This is a story that a friend of mine is helping me write in role play. We started it when she first introduced me to the German play, "Dance of the Vampires' as it is called in English, or Tanz Der Vampire. I instantly FELL IN LOVE with this play, and though I have yet to see it in person, WIKI became my new best friend, as well as Youtube for finding more about this work. Jan Ammann is by far my FAVORITE Count Krolock and it is this story, whom we are basing the Count off of.
I do NOT own any rights to the Tanz Der Vampire characters. Those belong to those who created them in the first place. I DO own all the OCs though.
This is but a simple cannon divergence story that I dreamed up while writing some fun rps out with a friend. But it is also, thanks to this friend, that I owe my newfound love of this wonderful story and play. I hope you all enjoy. Coming chapters will be updated as I can.
