Go to school. Go to college. Get married and have kids.
Cory and Shawn had been through the good, the bad, and the dirty together.
They promised they would stay best friends, through second dates, proms, engagements, and marriages. Well, they meant it.- Cory’s been going through a lot. The “bumpy road” looked more like an earthquake. He had never been more desperate for help.
- Shawn’s okay. He went through hell and got back in one piece. Sort of. But for the first time in his entire 30 years, he can say it honestly: he is fine.
- After a “minor inconvenience” these once-best-friends-now-strangers were put back together, after five years apart. No one can change that much in this little time, right? Right! Right? Then why does it feel so weird?

"I like the stars. They remind me of where home is," Achilles sighs, gesturing vaguely to the constellations above.
"Hmm. I suppose," Patroclus raises his eyebrows. "I've always thought that home is made by the people around you, not the sky you lie beneath."
Achilles turns to look at him, and the smile he offers is more effulgent than all the stars in the space above.
"Yes," he nods, almost as if he is musing quietly to himself. "I guess it is."
Above, the stars seem to burn just a little brighter.
OR a poorly told generic fanfiction which is also kind of poignant and also kind of existential and also kind of beautiful because it takes them way too long to get together because they're fucking idiots who have wayyyy too many misunderstandings.

They’ve got a good thing going here.
Katsuki moved in with Shouto right out of high school, they’re both killing it as heroes, and most importantly, they’ve got this roommate thing down to a science.
It’s not that Katsuki can’t stand being without him, but maybe things are just better when Shouto’s around, and they’re good together, like all decent roommates should be.
So on the rare occasion that he’s gone, it’s pretty fucking awful, and now it looks like Katsuki might be approaching a future where Shouto doesn’t want to be here at all, and it’s Katsuki’s own fault.
If only he knew what he did to piss him off like this.
