To be quite frank, Magnus had only ever been the person traveling to the furthest reaches of the arcane; to be the person whose own plane of living was a hotspot for interdimensional freeloaders–well, it was certainly an experience. The most earth-shattering, terrifying, exhilarating, and electrifying experience he’d had in years. All of that aside, however, he had absolutely no clue what would happen once the Clary child and her boyfriend walked through the portal; Magnus was pretty sure, though, that the disappearance of two essentially-Mundane individuals from this dimension into another was absolutely not a good thing.
Then again, having to deal with the 'shadowhunters' when they awoke from spending time in another reality? That wasn’t ideal. It had been literal decades since Magnus had cast a memory-alteration spell, and he wasn’t looking forward to seeing if he still had his old skills. Out of the frying pan and into the fire, he supposed.
