“Mumbo, what’s wrong? What was it?” Scar questions quickly, seconds away from jumping out of his seat.
“Mumbo?” Grian asks, reaching out to him, but he flinches back from his touch.
“It – it was her.” Mumbo tries to answer, to keep his voice steady. “M-Ms. Forger, I-I–” He cuts himself off, breath sharpening as he inhales roughly. “How did that– w-who even? How?” He asks, voice growing more and more panicked as it becomes more difficult to breathe. The color drains from his face, leaving him paler than before. His eyes seem glossy, full of fear.

A month ago, red, vine-like graffiti began to appear all over the city of L’manberg. Now, Icarus meets the villain Ares and the hero Orpheus. Somehow, all of these things are connected.
Or, I’ve read way too many Hermit! Tommy AUs where the Hermits adopt Tommy, and I’ve read even more Hero and Blindinnit AUs, and somehow managed to combine all three AUs into one collective story.

The next thing he notices is that Grian’s eyes are red. His cheeks have tear stains on them, hair mussed and messy. His clothes are ruffled and creases are embedded in his sweater. But Mumbo can’t tear his gaze away from the human’s face. There’s muted anger in his eyes, maybe even grief. He finds himself wondering why? What happened to Grian to put such an expression on his face?
Grian steps toward him, grabbing his sleeve. His grip is tight, almost painful, as he squeezes Mumbo’s arm. It makes the vampire wince, but it only makes him more confused. “You were right.” Grian practically spits unprompted, and Mumbo doesn’t think he’s ever heard someone sound so guilty before.

Summary
Scar used to be a vigilante before being invited to join the hero group known as the Hermits.
The Hermits are tasked with a mission to capture the group of vigilantes and villains known as the "Evolutionists". Scar gets confused, as he can't seem to figure out the powers of the infamous villain known as "Watcher."
Everything only gets more complicated when the two groups, unbeknownst to each other, become friends as civilians. Suddenly it's a moral battle in which everyone has to pick their own sides of where their loyalties lie. Friendships gets strained on both sides, as tensions rise among the groups.
Meanwhile Scar just wants to help in the same way he was given a chance at redemption.

Summary
He blinks as he takes in his surroundings. The stranger has run off, and Mumbo’s holding him to his chest. Dazedly, Grian takes a step back as Mumbo’s arms loosen around him. He brings a hand up to his cheek, dabbing it gently with his fingers. When he pulls it back, he finds blood dotting his finger tips.
“What… was that?” Grian asks, staring at his hand in surprise.
He hears Mumbo growl something, and he looks up at the vampire. He’s frowning deeply, red eyes narrowed as they stare at Grian. “What the hell were you thinking?!” Mumbo exclaims, anger evident in his voice as he marches up to Grian. “First you decide to follow me, and then you mess things up! That was one of the only leads I had!”

Summary
What if after S7, Grian and his friends are stuck in the Life Series—the death loops? Third Life until Double Life are consecutive and they actually never got to get home even after someone won, but instead they moved on to restart and start another death game. With the power to manipulate time on a planet, the Watchers can easily torment the people they pulled away from their peaceful lives and loved ones and "punish" a certain avian who's only meant to watch, who should never stoop into these mortals' levels like they're equals.
In each loop, they get to steal something of Grian's, whether he wins or not. After Third Life, they took his stable hands. Since then, he's having a hard time building properly with how shaky the same hands he took pride in. He can no longer do what he wants the most without ruining it. He never told anyone about why he's suddenly stopped creating works of art and instead only make productive builds in Last Life.

Grian cracked open the door, peeking an eye through the crack.
" Finally, how long can opening a fucking door take? "
He took a breath in. Out.
The avian opened the door, putting a show of intimidation over his features, face contorting into a half snarl. His wings were flared behind him, they sure as hell weren't pretty.
He was met with a teenager, scars coating his features, bags under his eyes, and a tired scowl that seemed permanently sketched onto his face.
" Who the fuck are you? " The kid asked, " The hell am I? "

Or, Grian lives after his fistfight with Scar, choosing to continue living in the desert, haunted by his past and afraid for his future.
Tommy stumbled upon the (almost) empty world, finding too many graves and half-rotten bodies for him to believe it could be a normal server.

Summary
Grian is a forgotten god, keeping a strict vigil over the moss and ivy that had grown over what used to be well-polished pillars.
Scar is an aspiring architect with a taste for adventure and awful self-preservation skills, willing to explore almost anywhere. Even a legendary cursed temple said to be home to a vengeful deity older than time itself.
When the two meet, everything goes well; but the ghosts of the past and echoes of unkept promises still reverberate through these halls, and keeping them at bay is going to take everything Grian has, including himself.
