Just a silly lil bodyswap fic because every fandom needs one. This takes place somewhere around their co-captaincy, before the British and before the Act of Grace. Ed knows he has feelings for Stede, but Stede is still oblivious.
Although this is a bodyswap fic, I've tried not to make it too predictable and to play with people's expectations a little.
This is the world of OFMD, but with some magical elements. But don't worry, I'm making the magic something etheral and elemental, so there will be no problematic misuse of actual religions and their beliefs.
I suppose bodyswaps by their nature have some dubcon, so a warning for that I guess? This one'll get a little bit smuttier than my other stories, but nothing too extreme.

A female voice with a very distinct American accent. The voice sounded exhausted, parched, low, but strong.
"If you're talking to me, you're going to have to speak English sweetheart"
Caitlyn's eyes widened as she looked up from dressing the wound and cerulean eyes found the greyest ones she had ever seen, sending a rush through her that she was unfamiliar with.
Then, Caitlyn spoke.
English this time, laced with a light French accent.
"I told you your wound would need to be stitched up when you were to wake" she simply informed her, ignoring how heart her started pounding yet again.

Hi! Not really a summary.
This story is based on the D&D campaign I'm currently participating in.
I play Wrath. She is a half-devil that is love-struck with the barbarian woman, Brilla, that she met on one of her party's adventures.
The party has some downtime before a big battle and Wrath takes that time to go back to the village where she met Brilla with the intent of winning her affection.There will be some contextualization of the party and how they met in a prologue that's not yet written (me and my party members are all working on finishing our masters degrees so time is limited).
