The first issue is that Zack Fair won't do this for around six years. But that's the nature of oblivion. You have no idea who isn't here to be met. You don't know what graves were paved over to make the story neat and simple.
The second issue is that she's pretty damn sure the grave she woke up in belongs to someone else.

Where will she go?
Meanwhile, Back on Earth, her friends haven’t forgotten their friend, Marin Ito. And put themselves together to try to find a way to get her back. Or at least return to the place they were before. Aerith, a girl from Modeoheim made a promise to her mom Ifalna on her deathbed - to seek her father in Midgar and let him know that she's alive and well. However, it's not as easy as she thinks it would be. She needs to stay in Midgar longer than what's indicated on her Tourist Pass. If she exceeds the allotted time, she'll be deported and banned forever from entering the City. The only solution is to get a Permanent Resident ID card to accomplish her mission.
As she tries to find a solution to her problem, she got help along the way from Tifa, the owner of the famous Pub in the slums called Seventh Heaven. Cloud, Tifa's husband, and the other half of the famous "Merc Duo" of the slums and owner of Fenrir Delivery Service. Lastly, Sephiroth, the enigmatic yet handsome man who is friends with both Tifa and Cloud and the other half of the "Merc Duo", whose past holds significance in her mission.

Who is he, where did he go, how the hell did he know so much and why didn't he become a super-villain because of it? Kunsel vexes me greatly).
