Summary
Many believed that All for One was the Symbol of Evil, the Devil of the Underground, a monster in disguise. While he had been all of those things at one point or another in his life in someone else's eye, he has been, above all, a family man. He fought for those that he loved. He would kill for his family. His brother hadn't seen eye to eye with him, but nothing is wrong with a little sibling rivalry, right? At least, that is what he has always told himself. It hadn't been until Yoichi had been given a quirk and then ran off that things had changed in All for One's eyes. He didn't care about those that he had given or taken quirks from. Those were just people that he thought needed help early in the development of quirks.
He was considered a hero to those. But not to his sickly brother. The story ended up getting twisted over the generations as the stockpiling quirk that he gave away had grown and passed on, becoming his opposite, One for All. But he wasn't an evil person in his eyes. He had just wanted to help people in his own unique way. It wasn't his fault that society had decided who or what was and wasn't a villainous quirk or person.
