A “Mind Games”-verse story:
Rinsing off the cutting board and starting to cube the potatoes, Nadine swallowed anxiously. It was nice that Lila cared for her so much. After everything that had happened, at least she didn’t have to worry about getting arrested – at least as long as nothing happened to Lila.
“God damn it,” Lila grumbled as she left her bedroom and stepped into the kitchen, grabbing a few brownies off the tray by the oven.
“I’m sorry!” Nadine yelped, her eyes widening. “Those only just came out of the oven; I should have warned you that they were hot. Or–or is it the nuts?” She gasped. “I–I forgot, you’re allergic to nuts!”
Lila rolled her eyes. “No, the brownies are fine,” she told Nadine. “It’s that moron, Andretti. He hasn’t answered a single message in the last month… and now I find out that he’s thinking about pulling a double-cross! He’s going to go out on his own and try to abandon the Lynchpin!” Her eyes narrowed dangerously. “He doesn’t realize my reach. This time, I’m not going to be so nice.”

People in DuPont have always assumed that if there was a hierarchy Marinette Dupain-Cheng would be at the top. After all, she was considered to be popular enough, along with being nice and standing up to bullies more recently.
The people of DuPont were wrong.
What they failed to realize was that the true hierarchy wasn’t based on how popular you were.
It was about the information and power you had.
And while Marinette may have had enough connections, she did not have the information necessary.
And that’s where the Gems came in.
They know of lies, they know of truths. They know how to handle things. And they will deal with them accordingly.
You do not mess with people with knowledge.
You do not mess with people with power.
For they will find you, and they will destroy you.

No one talks about Marinette and Adrien anymore, instead they mourn them. When Ladybug and Chat Noir disappeared, Hawkmoth did as well. A decade later, new heroes appeared, but they aren't as heroic as their predecessors. Hugo Agreste just wanted to go to school, only now he's the new Hawkmoth. He's still determined to be one of Paris' greatest heroes, even if no one believes him.

Summary
A Miraculous Ladybug rewrite story inspired by Chloe's Lament.
Marinette Cheng-Dupain is the daughter of Sabine Cheng and the mayor of Paris Tom Dupain's stepdaughter. For her sixteenth birthday, her mother gave her a family heirloom. It's a puzzle box that no one in the family has been able to solve.
However, she manages to find a way to open a secret compartment within the puzzle box, giving her a set of ladybug-themed earrings. Now she finds herself becoming a ladybug-themed heroine who has to stop those wielding similar pieces of magic jewelry known as Miraculous.

But what they don’t know is that he secretly writes fanfiction online. Specifically, he writes romance fanfics of Mightillustrator and Reverser on AO3. Nathaniel absolutely cannot know, or Marc may, in fact, die of shame.
Marc ends up getting a comment on his latest fic from an artist interested in making some fanart. Nathaniel is also acting a little off. But Marc’s sure it’s just a coincidence.

Chloé has been doing a decent job at being the Hero, Lady Luck. Along with working towards being a better person in general, and gaining new friends. Perhaps they can become allies, as Hawkmoth continues to up his game.
Adrien is worried that his father might be Hawkmoth. Horrifying, but he thinks there would be a way to handle it. What he doesn't know how to handle is the blossoming romance, hindered by the fact that a Hero can't be seen dating a Civilian.
Toss in new arrivals, few extra Miraculous and power ups, and who knows what else. These two have a hell of a storm coming for them!

She's determined to find a way to expose Lie-la. With the help of Luka, Kagami and a few others, she might just be able to make it. Or die trying.
Or, a mostly non-canon view of the show since Luka deserves better, Lila sucks and karma needs to be served.

Ahora Félix tiene que lidiar con planear un robo, su primo sin agallas, un mentirosa patológica liderando una clase de ovejas ingenuas y con... lo que sea que Marinette resulte ser en su vida. No lo tiene muy claro.
Todo eso mientras planean un baile benéfico para el Día de los Héroes. Así que, por supuesto que será un hervidero de emociones intensas, y por supuesto que Hawk Moth está listo para aprovecharlas.
