Summary
Li Huiquan has served his time in a labor camp, but life on the outside is difficult. Under-educated and lonely, he moves in with family in Beijing to start fresh. When his best friend Chazi escapes prison and runs to him, he is pulled into a spiral of love, sex, and anger.
